I continue to be amazed by Braverman Jewelry. We purchased my engagement ring there last year and I recently dicovered a small chip in the diamond. I reached out to them and after sending pictures, I sent the ring back to be repaired. When they received the ring, it became clear that the diamond itself (it was a solitare diamond) was loose. Instead of just repairing the chip, they replaced it with a brand new diamond for a minimal fee. They have GREAT customer service and I cannot recommend them enough.
