HANDLING TIME

All orders will be processed and shipped the same or the next business day if in stock (mainly for alternative metals), other silver and precious metal orders may take from 1 to 21 business days, if you have a rush need or a specific deadline – feel free to reach out and we can expedite your order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

Please note: Even due to recent changes in the Tariffs of the US, there would be a flat 15% rate tax, one of the more favorable rates compared to other countries, where duties can often be 25–50%

For any other location there may be duties and taxes applied which would be paid directly to the carrier company.
