This ring is absolutely beautiful. It will be my fiancés wedding ring. It's been crafted so meticulously, and just holding it you can feel the quality of the metal. The engraving was also perfect.

I received the ring within days of ordering (which says a lot since it came from out of the country!), and he was very communicative about any issues I might have with customs. I could tell he cared deeply about the craftsmanship on the front end and the delivery and arrival on the back end.

Firstly, this ring is lovely and fits accurate to size. My fiancé loves it, it's exactly what we were hoping for. Secondly, the customer service was fantastic, the seller updated me through every step, and since I had a specific date that I needed it by, they let me know that a shipping upgrade was possible. I bought that shipping upgrade and the ring got to me just a few days after ordering. We got it engraved as well which came out beautifully. While it got here earlier than we needed it, he has already started wearing it and won't take it off.

The item looks like it was not smoothly engraved and there were visible machining/trench lines.
