This experience was 10/10 absolutely OUTSTANDING. The seller immediately reached out to coordinate customization, and they messaged me at least daily until the ring design was perfect and ready to craft. Erez was so, so kind to me and super amenable to my (surely nitpicky) requests.
It arrived extremely well-packaged and came with the all-important IGI certification. As expected, the diamond has the same inscription as the ID code shown on the certificate. They also worked extremely quickly...faster than I could have imagined. I can't believe this ring didn't exist mere weeks ago!
