Erez and Oren are so far above and beyond!! Thorough, clear, kind, and fast communication. I requested some customization and they made sure the ring was exactly as I pictured. I'm beyond impressed. It's very heavy, beautifully polished and smooth, it's just perfect. There's not a thing I'd change. It was finished ahead of the timeline and shipped a month earlier than the expectation. Took about 2 months to turn around.

I am so glad I went with this family owned business, my fiancee fell in love with this ring almost immediately after seeing it after a long search. The seller's communication and service is absolutely the best, they even go as far as to accommodate if necessary. The ring was done within a great time frame after purchase and it came with a small care package including a bag (for gifting) and a cloth to wipe the ring clean. I'd absolutely recommend this store.
