Really blown away by the whole process. I placed my order - a surprise new wedding ring for my husband that I plan to give to him at Christmas - and was immediately contacted asking how soon I needed it by. When I mentioned ideally Christmas I was encouraged to upgrade the shipping otherwise there was a risk it wouldn't arrive in time. I think 4 or 5 days later, it arrived, all the way from Tel Aviv! The ring is beautiful. Exactly what I was hoping for. The engraving is perfect. And then presentation is lovely - the blue box and bag it comes in. I can't wait to give it to my husband. Throughout the whole process, Erez kept in constant communication with me, even when FedEx had attempted two deliveries but kept missing me. It's clear he takes much pride in his work and wants the customer to be thrilled with their purchase.
