My ring is absolutely perfect, it is pretty, dainty and perfectly finished.
Despite such high reviews, I was still initially nervous with my order is it was being shipped overseas. However, my mind was put at ease throughout every step in the process. Communication was excellent!!! Oren & Erez kept me updated consistently, checking for approval on the cut and the diamond, keeping me informed of progress.
I had some issues with getting this through Fedex customs (to no fault of Oren), I was actually informed of a hold up via the Braverman family team. They helped me relentlessly to get the issues resolved by also contacting Fedex themselves, and keeping me updated to make sure I received my parcel as promptly as possible.
I cannot recommend the service and the quality of the ring enough. Thank you !
