The gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and understanding. We went through multiple revisions with the inscription and he made sure it was exactly what we wanted. This is my husband's wedding ring, the color is a little more orange than a regular gold ring would be, but it's perfect as a durable, cost-effective option, and it doesn't look cheap. Very happy with this purchase!

Shipping was fast and ring looked great when it arrived. unfortunately, the metal on the ring is just at the surface, so when I polished it, the metal wore down in some areas. This ring caused an allergic reaction on my skin below the ring, I tried cleaning and other things to make sure it wasn't a residue on the ring, but it seemed to be something about the metals in the ring.
The ring is perfect in every way, I couldnt be happier. I needed it in short notice and they made sure to work fast but still meticulously and made sure I had it on time for the engagement. They are highly skilled artists and great for the communication and the service. Great experience, I 100% recommend.
