I am so glad that I picked this shop to purchase our rings from as the customer service has been outstanding. Royal Mail had put our rings in the bin when we didn't answer the door (and against our instructions) and didn't leave a slip, so the binmen took them. Erez and Oren decided to pursue a claim directly with Royal Mail and re-sent our rings to us using express delivery, rather than making us wait for the refund from Royal Mail. The rings are such good quality and I could not recommend their jewellery enough! We will definitely return for our future jewellery needs!
Item as described. The quality seems great, sturdy material. The engraving is a little smaller than expected, but it's not a problem — it looks pretty cute. Customer service was fantastic!
