While I'm trying to remove the previous negative feedback that I have written based on the circumstances, I want to make sure that the seller is not being penalized until I can have the review removed. This seller was absolutely incredible to work with. The ring is exactly as pictured - solid without being obtrusive, beautiful, perfectly fitted, and exactly what I was hoping for. The ring looks and feels like it will last lifetimes. Furthermore the seller was beyond helpful to me. I was sized incorrectly by a local jeweler before purchasing, and not only did BravermanOren work with me to replace the ring with an incredible turnaround time, but he also gave me tips to make sure that I could be resized accurately. His responses were always very timely, and kind. I cannot recommend his Etsy shop more. My only issue is that I can't give him MORE than 5 stars for customer service and item quality.
