Absolutely a scam. Reporting to Etsy to try and figure this out. I ordered a ring for my husband that was TOO SMALL. Sent the ring back and he said it's scratched??? When the ring was NEVER worn because it's TOO SMALL. Make that make sense? They are trying to charge me a BS $75 charge to get a new ring. Talk about a SCAM.
