This whole experience was delightful. Erez was so helpful and quick to respond, especially considering the time difference between the US and where the shop is located (Isreal I think?). I got exactly what my husband wanted, a sturdy tungsten ring with gold plating and a custom engraving. I was so worried about it getting here in time, but they express shipped it and I had it within a few days of ordering. My husband loves it, he says it's perfect.
