I wanted to have an engagement ring ready for my man after he proposes. He loves dinosaurs and I got to personalize the ring with a free engraving on the inside! I specifically requested a different font from the default Ariel (Times New Roman has my heart lol) It was done overnight!!! Oren was who I messaged throughout the process! He was upfront about previous shipping discrepancies other customers had experienced and suggested to pay the extra $20 for a more secure shipping method (FEDEX). I didn't mind this one bit! Oren also offered a better quality box for presentation. He wasn't pushy at all even when I declined the box upgrade! When the ring arrived it turned out so well I couldn't hide the surprise.
