The ring is absolutely beautiful, with exquisite craftsmanship that shows great attention to detail. It fits perfectly and feels very comfortable to wear. The delivery was prompt and the customer service was excellent — responsive, helpful and thoughtful throughout the process. The packaging and presentation were also lovely, making the whole experience feel special.
The ring itself is a bit smaller in size than I anticipated in terms of its design dimensions. While it fits perfectly, the band and setting are a bit more delicate and petite than I expected from the photos. That said, it's still a gorgeous piece that I'm very happy with.
They finished the ring quickly with engraving and was shipped quickly. Excellent customer service and am planning on purchasing from them again in the near future.
