The quality, customer service and communication was great from the moment I purchased! While I was aware of the longer processing and shipping time, they immediately messaged me to inform me of the potential long wait. They asked when I'd ideally like the ring by (which was before the estimated arrival time) and they said they'd try their best to get it to me by the date (given the current events happening where the seller is located, I appreciated the transparency). While I was already okay with not having it by our wedding date and fully expecting it to come in after, I was SO delighted to see that the seller so kindly upgraded my shipping for free AND managed to get the ring to me before our wedding date!

The ring is gorgeous, my now husband wanted a band that matched my ring which is rose good and art deco. This ring definitely did that, he loves it and it was a perfect fit. The seller was also super nice and responsive as well!
