I ordered this ring as a Christmas gift for my wife in early December, not expecting it to arrive by Christmas. Shortly after placing the order, Erez reached out, and the customer service was exceptional. When I mentioned it was a Christmas gift, Erez promised to do their best to deliver it close to the holiday. I assumed it would arrive a few days after Christmas, but to my surprise, FedEx attempted delivery on December 17th, and I picked it up today, 12/18/24. The ring is absolutely stunning. It's truly exquisite. And there is a smell the ring box emits when you open. It's a gorgeous smell. lol. No lie, gorgeous.
