I was initially anxious about buying an engagement ring online but Erez was very helpful throughout the whole ~1.5-month process of ordering the ring. Despite the time difference, Erez was able to send photos of 3 different options for the center stone beforehand, and he addressed all of my questions about customization, appraisal, discounts, shipping to the USA, and pricing. The ring took around 20 days to craft and shipped in around a week (despite a slight delay at customs). It ended up looking gorgeous and the pictures don't do it justice!
