9K+ 5 STAR REVIEWS
Well made and with the help of Erez my ring got to me on time and fits perfectly. If I lose or damage this ring I will 100% order another and would recommend this company to others. And no I'm not a bot or AI or paid for. Good work and great quality.
I have left a 1 star review but since I can't seem to change it I want to leave another review. I was sent a bill after paying for expedited shipping and didn't see a explanation as to why I received said bill. After emailing and what I thought was given no response I left a bad review. However, Erez HAD in fact responded and I had missed it. Erez had clearly explained why I was being charged and it was completely my fault. This is what customer service should look like. I was at fault for misreading and misunderstanding but was helped anyway. EREZ did an amazing job and I feel a fool. Thank you for doing your job even when a customer is angry. Erez did everything correctly and should be proud of their work. If I could change my original review I would.
