•Price: Fantastic pricing, very comparable, if not less, than the tungsten/gold men's rings we looked at in-store locations. For Canadian buyers: there IS an import/tax fee when it gets to the border! You'll get an email about it, mine was about $44.
•Shipping: I ordered it May 29th and received it July 21st. You do have to order pretty well in advance because I think they make-to-order. He does reach out to you almost immediately after ordering and confirms your event date (if one) to ensure it will come on time
•Customer Service: Zero complaints! He updated me regularly on the status of my order, without me even asking. Very polite and accommodating. Answers within 24 hours, if not less.
•Item: My fiance loves it!! We couldn't find anything in-store he liked but this was perfect. Quality material and true to size.
