Absolutely a scam. Reporting to Etsy to try and figure this out. I ordered a ring for my husband that was TOO SMALL. Sent the ring back and he said it's scratched??? When the ring was NEVER worn because it's TOO SMALL. Make that make sense? They are trying to charge me a BS $75 charge to get a new ring. Talk about a SCAM.
Very happy with the customer service. Very fast shipping and the ring was well crafted. My husband loves that it's very light weight and fits smoothly on his finger. He has had a ring that was a bit thick and wasn't very comfortable, but this one feels better.
