Erez was very helpful, responsive, and patient regarding all my questions when trying to decide on a ring. The one I chose looks even nicer in person than I was expecting, and the ring itself appears to be sturdy and of really good quality.
I opted for the express shipping upgrade since I was in a hurry to receive the ring within a few weeks, and the ring arrived in less than a week from order placement!
Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the ring before it shipped and the engraving I had done was upside-down when this ring is worn facing the wearer (which it would be in my case). Since engraved zirconium rings are final sale, I'll have to play for a new ring to fix this, which isn't ideal. If you're getting an engraving on a ring meant worn with a particular orientation, be sure to specify which way you want it done.
