Initially, I was asked how soon I needed the ring. Knowing nothing about jewelry but having a proposal date set, I said two weeks. They delivered. The ring arrived on time, and looked exactly as described in the pictures.
After the proposal, my fiancé noticed an almost imperceptible blemish on the stone. A cut along the upper edge. Our photographer's pics were clear enough that we could indeed zoom in to see the damage was present in the ring box as well. I contacted the seller asking about repair policies.
