I dropped the ball for my wife and I's anniversary and ordered her gift way too late. Their customer service informed me that craft time usually takes 3 weeks but they would do their best to get it here as soon as possible.

These guys are super great and excellent communication throughout the process. On the first go, we ordered the 2.5 carat and it arrived looking wonderful but my wife was debating to return the ring for a 3 carat. I told her to go with what she really wants because this ring will be with her for a lifetime. We returned the ring and paid the restocking fee and these guys got our new 3 carat ring to us just in time. My wife was absolutely floored by ring. It was definitely worth the restocking fee. I would definitely use Braverman for another purchase in the future.
I gasped when I opened up my box & saw this ring! It's beautiful, has a dainty band to make the diamond give you that WOW factor,it's incredibly sparkly&the craftsmanship looks way more expensive then it is.Not only am I amazed with the quality of this ring but Erez customer service was by far the best I have ever experienced online. I HIGHLY recommend this family own shop!!

Update: As a change of mind,I returned the ring. There was a 35% restocking fee. Which was about $600 plus shipping & insurance.
With something as big as a wedding ring,people would want to try things on for preference which will naturally result in wanting to try on different rings. Be sure to read the policy before purchasing. Nonetheless,the ring was beautiful.
Got back to me quickly whenever i had any questions, were very honest, and the ring is gorgeous. Ill probably be getting wedding rings from them as well simply because of the quality of their work and customer service.
