This is actually my second time purchasing a ring from this store, and I couldn't be happier! The ring is beautiful, the quality is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. They truly care about their customers and make the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this store and will definitely continue shopping here. Thank you for another great experience!
I needed the ring for my wedding less than a month away and was worried I wouldn't get it in time. Thankfully Erez was on the other end of the chat helped me get my ring right away. There are no guarantees with shipping when an item comes from overseas. However, Erez was very knowledgeable through previous purchases and was able to reassure that my ring would arrive on time. I love the Mokume Gane design. What really made my experience excellent was the exceptional communication and customer service I received from Erez. I would highly recommend their shop for the excellent craftsmanship and customer service!
Superbe bijoux et excellent service a la clientèle:)
There are tariffs of 40.00 plus dollars when you have this shipped to the states. The ring is gorgeous, but would have considered that in my choices had I known.
