I ordered the wrong size. Oren and Erez worked with me immediately to get the right size. Due to where I live it took me forever to get my finger properly sized. No problem. We kept in touch with delightful emails and after I got my act together I had my new ring within a week once I notified them of the correct size. The customer service was decent even though they wouldn't make any of the changes I asked for and failed to let me know about a 600.00 resolving fee if the product wasn't what I wanted. The filigree was on the band was done decently but the stone is terrible. For the price I paid and the original value you would think the stone would be similar to the one in the photo. It is dull. The cut is done badly. It doesn't shine and I can see the dark imperfections throughout. The stone is just not what I thought I was paying for. And I have to pay an additional 200 in tarrifs. Never again...
