Communicated the style of stone that I was after and they found the exact sort that fit my description. The stone they picked for me was a bigger stone than what I paid for and gave it to me at no extra cost.
Delivery came at a fast speed, they offered to upgrade me to express shipping at no extra cost but i declined to not needing it any sooner than what it was going to arrive at.
