He was so professional and communicative and answered all the questions I had. I would 1000% recommend this shop. My ring arrived much earlier than I was anticipating (just under a month) and I adore it. We got it as an 'upgrade' from my original ring and we couldn't be happier with it. I wanted to take an up close picture so you could see how clear it is. A lot of the review pics make them seem like it shows very white, but in real life it's clear and so sparkly. The fire on it is amazing. Not that it matters, but if I have it side by side to my diamond ring you can't tell which is which. This is a high quality shop that produces high quality items.
